Interventional radiologists are increasing managing and treating patients with complex coagulation issues. During this course, world-class faculty will review thrombophilias and hypercoagulable workups and the latest in the treatment of thromboembolic disease. The updated 2019 anticoagulation guidelines will be reviewed which focuses on the periprocedural care of patients.
This course is intended for interventional radiologists, in-training radiologists, nurse practitioners and physician assistants with special interest in anticoagulation.
The lectures within this course were originally presented at the SIR 2016 annual meeting in Vancouver, BC.
